Revolution in the Cincinnati Enquirer

I made the Cincinnati Enquirer today! This story turned out very well, as well as being accurate (always a plus). Now I'm off to buy copies of the paper for my friends and relatives . . .

  1. Congratulations on the article and getting your game published! Did you get any interest from any other publishers?

  2. Thanks. I really wasn't at the point of looking for a publisher when I got the call from Steve Jackson Games. It was just one of those things!

  3. Hello! I met you at Gen-Con and bought the game (you signed the box for me and my friends). I just got done reading your entire blog from start to finish. I think it's very cool, the whole adventure! So, on all fronts, congrats! Great job being featured in the paper!

  4. You read my whole blog? I'm impressed! I'm not sure my own mother has done that . . .

Anyway, thanks for your kind words. I think I remember you--did I sign something about board game design? I hope you like the game!

  5. Yep, I was reading the current stuff, and decided I'd read the whole story so I started at the beginning.
I'd say I was the "big guy with glasses", but that's quite alot of people at gen-con...lol. I started talking to you while my friend was demoing the game, not knowing who you were...it was kind of a funny moment when you pointed that out to me you were designer. I bought the game and you signed it "to Jason and friends...".

And yes, we LOVE the game. So far, we've managed to squeeze at least one game in betwee Munchkin and Munchkin Quest when we play every Friday.
